Fraser Explorer 1 Day Tour

Departs Hervey Bay - Operated by Fraser Explorer

Your Fraser Explorer Day Tour is a truly magnificent World Heritage wilderness adventure on Fraser Island.

Experience a rainforest walk, a four wheel driving adventure, swimming in a fresh water lake and a fast flowing creek and a drive along famous Seventy Five Mile Beach to find a shipwreck and coloured.

You adventure begins with a barge transfer to Fraser Island via the Great Sandy Straits. The world’s largest sand island is a World Heritage icon that packages all the best that Australia has to offer.

Fraser Island boasts freshwater lakes, ringed by white, sandy beaches. Often perched on the top of sand dunes, the lakes are formed by vegetation settling in a dip and catching water.

Fresh water creeks spill onto an ocean beach which stretches beyond the horizon. Spot some of Australia’s purest bed dingoes or magnificent birds of prey.

The eastern beach doubles as a highway, and an airstrip for joy flights over the island are available on this tour. Enjoy your eco experience.
